my mom does this:
Breakfast:
Take a cup and get some of your fave berries(strawberries, blue, ras...) pour some yougurst on top, then more fruit and top it of with cinnamon.
Lunch:
The usuall get a sald. BUT no t just any salad. Go to your food store and pick up a bag of spinach leaves. After you get that, you know wash them in all. Add some mushrooms for protein, so there ya go!
Dinner: Have either Chicken or Fish, but lay offf the sides!
You should see results in about 2 weeks!I need to tone my stomach and lose maybe 5 lbs!!! Help, advice!?

Drink lots of water and exerciser to workout like p90x and slim in 6.
