Help help help!!! advice needed! ?

prom is just around the corner. okay i am 5';2 size 2-4 average size. a bit athletic body type. i am super girly. i have blonde hair that's really straight just passed my shoulders . i am wearing a royal blue satin dress. just above knee length . halter style. i really need ideas on shoes... i need height on them because im short so any ideas??? and how the heck to do my hair? should i leave it straight and tease it or curl it or like what? please give me some ideas. or pictures or something on what would look good please please please im worried sick!
