If she left you and there was no cheating involved - be patient, understanding, and there for her. Offer to help out whenever possible (with things around the house, picking up kids, etc.). If there were certain behaviors on your part that forced her to leave (gambling, irresponsibility, insensitivity) get counseling and prove to her that you care enough about her to change your ways. Try to work out compromises that will be beneficial for both of you.

Start dressing snappier, smelling irresistable, and be as appealing (no whining or crying) as possible. Give her your undivided attention when you are together. Be sympathetic and helpful. this depends on what went wrong in The relationship. was it her? was IT you? that's hard to answer not knowing details. but if she is set on it being over you have to let her go. i know that is a very painful thing to do. but you cant make someone stay with you. and if you could that wouldn't make things any better, good luck and keep us posted,
