Nothing will make it come, don't be afraid. If you do go to the ';special doctor'; about it, all she's going to do is probably put you on like a pill to regulate it. Sometimes nothing can be wrong, you're just a late bloomer other times the doctors do stuff so it'll make it all better. Don't freak out just relax, breathe.I need some girl help/advice?
there is nothing you can do to make it start

stressing out about it mite actually be making it late! stress is often the reason why some one has complications with thier period

there is nothing you can do tho, your body with start when its ready, unless there is something wrong with your hormones, then you will have no choice but to go to the doctor. don't worry about it, it happens to alot of girls, especially if they are over or under weight or they excersize to much and stuff like that.
your doctor should know that you can get your period at the age of 16. like i have a 2 friends 1 of them was 17 and didnt get her period yet cause she was into sports. and the other 1 was just so lazy that she didnt get hers lol so i say try doing a little bit of both.

- also be glad that you dont have yours yet. its a pain some times -
Stop stressing for one. Go to a GNC (nutrition store) the staff are wonderful and ask for a supplement to aid in the hormones. Your hormones may just be delayed or needing a boost. Some say the pill helps but I would try the alternative method first.
There's no way to make it come but you can be prepared..

Hey Sweetie, how about you give this a try and see if this will help you with future periods.

鈾?My daughter and I just went through this together. I got my daughter a calendar in her room, panty liners, light pads and felts.

My source site has a better description of what we did, but this should help in the mean time.

鈾?Each time my daughter had an emotional outburst we used a symbol (red mad face) on the calendar . These feelings included anger, rage, weeping, crying, screaming, bauling, irritable. They are symptoms of your hormones.

鈾?Each time my daughter needed to use a panty liner on her underwear for discharge, we used a symbol (blue triangle) on the calendar. Your vagina will start to discharge a milky white sticky substance. This is your body鈥檚 natural cleansing system.

鈾?Each time my daughter needed to use a panty liner on her underwear for spotting, we used a symbol (red triangle) on the calendar. Each time she felt or experienced abdominal cramps or intestinal cramps we used a symbol (red circle) on the calendar. Each time she voided (#2),we used a symbol (red square).

鈾?Each person will develop their own personal symptoms: voiding diarhea day before, headaches, achy back, achy body can also be a symptom to record under a symbol that personal to you.

鈾?Once you establish a routine and you can see that there is approximately 20-30 days in between the episodes, you will know approximately when it's going to start.

鈾?You want to discuss with your mom and/or dad about pain control in the event you have cramps. You will want to have either Midol or Pamprin for teens on hand, panty liners, thin maxi pads, and an electric heating pad for the cramps. You may also hear that Advil, Motrin or Ibuprofen help.

鈾?Always carry panty liners in your purse and use them for the watery white discharge, or there could be a smell or it can dry and pinch you.

鈾?Lastly, if you don't have a diary, no worries, but think about a work book for yourself ~ a journal. Write down your goals, accomplishments, frustrations, solutions, fears, overcoming obstacles, etc. It's your personal collection.
