i want to get an eagle in red white and blue on my upper back, about 6-8 inches from wing tip to wing tip. does anyone have an idea how much it would cost? this is an image of it.

depends on where you go. if you know your artist well then probably not that much, however if you just walk off the street and ask an artist to do some ink, you are going to pay for it!! i would go to several shops in your area and look at their portfolio before deciding on where to go.
