Any police men out there? i really need your help!!!! advice more than anything!!?

my friend got pulled over for speeding i was in the car along with a nother friend. the police man immidiatly knew he didnt speek english and started talking to him very rudely and in a bad manner. he assumed we didn't speak english either. he soon pulled him out of the car beacuse he couldn't answer his questions and didn't have a license he kicked him a few times and yelled indecent things to him. he told him he should learn english if he wanted to be here. i remained quite until a nother police man arrived he asked me if i knew english in spanish.. i told him i did!! he then rapidly told the other officer immidiatly he began treating my friend differently and then asked if i had a license.. he then told me my friend was giving him bullshit not answering him he said he was an asshole and he would have him arrested.. he then cheked my license and said he would give us a break and let us go with a ticket. my friend went to court today and there is no record of the ticket there?Any police men out there? i really need your help!!!! advice more than anything!!?

I would recommend that you and your freind file a written complaint with the agency involved. There should be a record of the traffic stop if the guy that pulled your friend over was in fact a real cop. In most cases, written complaints are handled by internal investigations, a cops worst nightmare! Good luck!
By FEDERAL Law all police cruisers are equipped with video and audio. Depending on their system the Ofc can shut off the audio but not the video as long as the overhead lights are on. (most systems run like that). If the officer did not conduct the traffic stop in a professional manner I would suggest lodging a formal complaint with the police Dep. There would be proof of the traffic stop because of the Video and possibly audio of such traffic stop. I don't know which state this occur, since you were not specific. Behavior of such matter should not be tolerated by ANYONE. We are public servants, hence we serve and protect all citizens forgein and domestic regardless of what language they speak. If what you are saying is the truth (as far as how the events unfolded) your friend would have enough to file a law suit with that police department for discrimination and violation of civil rights.

Unfortunately there are some real DI(K H3@DS out there that abuse their badge and authority.....I feel for your Friend and what you have witnessed.......this is the real world....nothing can really be done to stop it.
I really feel for you,i really do but come on don't you see what happened here? They are covering their butts.Just watch out for the next time tho.

OOPS, it seems that you caught the racist cop, and he knows it. He doesn't WANT your friend to go to court because HIS bad 'official' behaviour might be brought up.


There's no record of the ticket because the cop is protecting himself from getting charged with assault, racist behaviour and abuse. He especially thinks he might get charged with ASSAULT and professional misconduct----, and really, he could be charged---and should be.

Well,the cop was wrong for doing what he did,but this guy liveshere,get a licence and learn the langouge,sry about my spelling.
No record of the ticket could mean the cop decided not to go ahead with it. Have your friend call wherever they went to court and ask for results again on the ticket.
