Baby sitting help/ advice???

I'm 16 and i met the family through a friend. they have 2 boys 11 and 7 who are - i think- shy. they play vidio games and watch tv and swim alittle. i never babysat before, and im going to start monday. 8 hours mon- fri. i know i can do it, but dose anyone have any advice on babysitting boys?Baby sitting help/ advice???
Always keep them occupied! If they are bored, only mischief can come! Try lots of safe games, exercise, and excitement! At their ages, they should know right from wrong. It is alright to punish them if need be. You need to gain their respect, just don't be too hard on them!Baby sitting help/ advice???
do what they want to do and try to be friendly. but if the wo start fighting seperate them, like on goes and watches tv and the other play video games and then spend a lil time with them and tell them if they want to do things togther that they hve to get along. also make sure they dont get bored, or else they find their owns ways of entertaining themselves, like makin a mess or something. rent a movie or more video games.
its hard with boys it can be quiet annoying


but me my self being the oldest I baby sit my 3 brothers soon


to be four sometimes they fight but they calm down

These boys are older...they probably won't want you sitting two inches away from them the entire time. Take them to the library and let them pick out some books and movies to take home. Take them out walking. You could bring a bag with you that has some of your old video games (not girly ones) and let them use those. Bring some of your old water toys, like pool noodles or beachballs. What do they like to watch on TV? Turn on something educational, such as Animal Planet or the Discovery Channel. Take them somewhere to get fast food. You can sit inside the restaurant and everything, which is really fun for kids.

try and play with them. do little fun things like take them to the park to play basketball, baseball or whatever sports they like to play. take them to the movies or rent movies to watch that they like to watch.





try baking. for some reason, little boys like to bake!

Let them do what they want to do unless its something out of control. Since they are pretty shy try to get them to start talking. If they want to be alone, let them be alone.
Just like put a movie in and stuff. And go outside in the backyard and play ball.
Play with them, entertain them and don't let them control you.
